Contributors' documents are broken down into two tabs: Draft and Approved.

The Draft tab will display reports they have created, reports created by users in their department as well as users who have shared their reports for collaboration purposes. 

The Approved Tab will display all reports that are in the pending approval stage as well as any items that are late. 

 Reports can be filtered by meeting type, meeting date, Department and Approval Status using the drop-down menu located in the top menu of the Documents section. Options include Draft, Approved, and Rejected.

If a meeting date has been selected for the report, the submission deadline will be calculated based on the settings for the meeting that the report is being submitted to.
