| View Document | The name of the document being submitted to the approval process. |
| Supporting Documents | Upload any supporting documents as attachments to this report. |
| Approval Group | This is the name of the approval group that will be used. If there are multiple approval groups available, it is up to the user to select the correct group from the dropdown. |
| Approvers | The names of approvers in the selected approval group and the due date for each member to complete their task. Note: the due date for approval tasks is calculated based on the settings in the Approval Group. |
| Contributor Comments | Comments added by the author/contributor. |
| Start Approval | used to start the Approval process and trigger an email to the first approver & admin assistant (if populated). |
