Note: This option to upload documents will only appear if the Document Settings have been configured to allow uploading of external reports. See the Document Settings Admin Guide for additional details.
In addition to using the Create Document option, Contributors can also upload documents into the Draft Reports library, and submit them for the same approval processes.
To upload a report, simply click Upload Document from the New Document button.
Note: In order to have eSCRIBE automatically extract information directly from the document, you must use a template that was created with the appropriate tags such as Title and Recommendation
Browse to the file on your computer you would like to upload and click Upload.
After uploading the file, the contributor must complete the basic information in the drop down in order to save the draft report.
Once the document has been uploaded, it can be accessed via Draft Tab for further editing or initiate an electronic approval, just as with any other document.
