The following screen is a typical layout for an eScribe site for users who are referred to as Contributors who primarily use eScribe for drafting reports.
A legend of each section follows below.
| Zone | Explanation |
| 1 - Expandable Toolbar | Allows user to enter into full screen mode. |
| 2 – Meetings | The Meetings list provides access to individual eScribe meeting sites. Only meeting sites that the user has been invited to (via the Attendee Group), or has been published for Visitor’s access will be listed. |
| 2- Agenda Items | This list allows you to request that an agenda item be considered or added to an eScribe meeting, by an eScribe administrator. A |
| 2 - Documents | This document library is used by contributors and meeting participants , as they are creating and collaborating on their reports and submissions, initiating electronically. |
| 2- Approvals | This web part provides access to your personal open approval requests. |
| 2- Resource Library | Resources available to users that may include documents shared by the eScribe Administrators. These resources are commonly noneditable PDF files and images. |
| 2 - Tasks | Will display Tasks assigned to the user. Contributors cannot assign tasks to other users as this is an administrator function. |

Accessing an eSCRIBE Meeting
eSCRIBE meetings are accessed directly from the eScribe Meetings List . To access a meeting, simply click on the date of the meeting in the Meetings list. Meetings can be filtered by various options using the filters located at the top of the page.
Note: Contributors will not be able to access meeting materials until an administrator has published the meeting site.
