FAQ- How do I insert a page break in my PDF Agenda package?

When creating your agenda packages, you can add page breaks to specific agenda items. 

There are two ways to add page breaks to those agenda items: 1) Meeting Template level or 2) Meeting  level. 

 

Meeting Template

Go to Main Navigation Bar Templates Meeting Templates

If you consistently need a page break to be added to a specific agenda item for every meeting, you can set that up in the Meeting Template. When you click on Add Item for an existing meeting template, you will see a section called Page Breaks, when you scroll to the bottom of the fly out.

By selecting on Agenda Package, you can tell eSCRIBE to consistent make a new page for the specific agenda item. Make sure you click on Save Changes to apply that set up. You will see this change when you prepare a new agenda package. 

 

Meeting Level

Go to Main Navigation Bar Meeting select specific Meeting select agenda item Details tab

If you have one meeting scheduled, where you need to have a page break for an agenda item. You can go into the Details tab of that agenda item in a meeting. At the bottom of this tab, you will see the Page Break section and you can select Agenda package to have that page break for this agenda item. 

When you make changes here, make sure you click on Save
