Forms users can now manage their passwords as self serve option from the login page of their eScribe Instance or by logging in and changing their password. eSCRIBE Administrators will not have the ability to reset users' passwords for them. This does not apply to ADFS/Azure AD users as their credentials are managed by their respective IT departments.
Option 1: Sign in Page
Users can click on the Forgot Password link to get a random generated password sent to their email on file to get access into eSCRIBE.
NOTE: If Users are having issues with logging into eSCRIBE, they will be able to contact the Support team with their contact information located at the bottom of the login page.
Option 2: Change Password in User Profile
Once logged in, locate the user icon and click Change Password from the drop down menu. Users can then set their passwords to their choice.
