When new Contributors log into eSCRIBE for the first time, their view will different from what Administrators will see when they log in.
Contributors will given a shorter list of options in the Main Navigation Bar for their day to day needs, in comparison to Administrators.
Contributors will be working with the Documents section to create new documents and see the status change of their documents. These documents will be only in the Word doc format.
For Contributors who are creating documents in other file formats like Excel Spreadsheets or PowerPoint presentations, they will be using the Agenda Items section of the Main Navigation Bar to submit an Agenda Item request to Administrators to have added to meetings.
If there are Tasks assigned to Contributors, they will go to the Tasks section in the Main Navigation Bar to review their assigned tasks for completion.
