FAQ- How do I show item descriptions in my Agenda and Minutes?

When preparing and publishing your agenda and minutes, you can modify if you would like item descriptions to appear for both documents. 

Minutes Packages

Go to Main Navigation Bar > Templates > Edit Template > Configure Minutes Package 

For your minutes, you can modify this by going to Meeting Templates in the Main Navigation Bar. From here, you would then go to Configure Minutes Package, under the Package Settings. 

Under the General tab, the option Show Description of Agenda Item will allow you to either show the description of items in the Minutes package or not. Click Save Changes to apply the modification. 

Agenda Package

For agenda packages, the descriptions will automatically show. There is no setting to turn it off.
