Go to Main Navigation Bar > Users & Groups > User List

With eSCRIBE version 6, you have the ability to delete users and deactivate users. Each of those functions will give different results for that user.

Delete User

If you would like to delete a user you can do so by going to the User's Options Menu and selecting Delete User. This will permanently delete the user from eSCRIBE.

NOTE: If you try to create a new user with the exact email as the deleted user, eSCRIBE will not allow that email to be used again.

Deactivate User

If you would like to deactivate the user's account, you will need to go to the user's Options Menu and select Deactivate User. This will allow their profile to still exist, but that user won't have access into eSCRIBE.

Administrators can reactivate users, by going to the user's Options Menu and selecting Activate User. This will reinstate their access to eSCRIBE.
