MS365 for Document Collaboration - How to view the final format of the my Document

Recommendation: View- Reading View

• Always switch to View Mode-Reading view  to verify the document’s final appearance.
• Why? Reading Mode accurately replicates the formatting seen in the desktop version of Word, ensuring the final document meets your expectations.
• The Formatting within Reading view currently shows the final version of the document which will be included within the meeting site and the prepared agenda Full package.

What does Separate Pages mean:

• You’re editing a formal report, aligning headers/footers, or preparing a PDF. You want to see exactly where page breaks fall..

• When viewing as Separate Pages, you may edit documents, but that is not necessarily how the document will show up when printed out or compiled.
