Adding Documents to the Resource Library

Go to Main Navigation Bar > Administration > Resource Library

The Resource Library is a tool that allows Administrators to upload documents that are accessible to all users of eSCRIBE. The Resource Library is available for all users via the Web Portal by accessing the Resource Library through the Main Navigation Bar. For Participants using the Meetings Professional Apps, the Resource Library is on the home page of the app.

To Add Documents to the Resource Library, go to Resource Library from the Main Navigation Bar.

Click Upload File to upload a new document.

Upon clicking Upload file, a pop up window will appear where you can click Choose File to browse your Computer to upload a document.

Please Note: The same Attachments/Supporting Documents file size and file type rules apply to Resource Library documents. 

As soon as a document is uploaded, it will also be automatically published and available to all users in eSCRIBE. 

If you would like to open the file or delete the file, you can click on the options menu to access those options.
