Go to  Main Navigation Bar > Administration > Settings > Logo

When you go to the Logo tab under Settings, identify which logo you would like to delete. From there, the garbage can icon beside the logo. A prompt message will appear to confirm the deletion, click Delete logo to delete the logo.
