Go to Main Navigation Bar > Reporting
Administrators can view an inclusive list of all reports for a specific Meeting Type and Meeting Date in order to see what reports are currently in the pipeline, and the report's current status. This report can be used during a "Management Meeting" where Senior Staff in an organization plan and prepare for the upcoming public meeting i.e. Council or Board Meetings.
From the Main Navigation Bar, go to Reporting.
From the report drop down menu, select Forecast Report.
Using the drop downs at the top, choose the Meeting Type and then the Meeting Date you wish to view upcoming reports for. Click Generate to update the list of reports. All reports will be shown here by status, i.e. Draft (being worked on), Approval In Progress (being approved/workflow started), Rejected (Rejected by Approvers), or Added (Placed on Agenda by Administrator).
Click on the Document Name for the Report to open the Document Properties, where you can click on the Filename again to open a copy of the report. The same can be done for Attachments by clicking on the Filename for each attachment.
