To initiate the process of sending notifications to meeting subscribers, the first requirement is to confirm that the Meeting Date and Agenda have been published in HTML or PDF format within the iFrame. Once this is verified, clicking the "Send Notification" button will present the Administrator with a flyout menu, enabling them to edit the email content and select the appropriate Subscription List(s) for the notifications. Administrators can select one Package or any combination of packages to trigger notifications to subscribers.

Step 1 : Publishing the Meeting Date and Agenda

Step 2 : Editing Email Content and Selecting Subscription List

Administrators have the ability to personalize the email content before dispatching notifications through the flyout feature. This customization does not alter the default template saved in eScribe. Once the email text is tailored to their satisfaction, administrators can choose one or multiple lists from the dropdown menu and click Send when they are ready.
