Members of the public can easily subscribe to one or more lists directly from the customer's publishing page (iFrame). To do so, simply click on "Subscribe" in the navigation menu and follow the provided steps.

How to Subscribe to a List 

User will click Subscribe and enter their email to select which  Subscription List(s) they would like to receive notifications for. 

Enter the verification code sent to the email address on file :

Agree to receiving communication from eScribe

User will then select which Subscription List (s) they would like to receive notifications for. 

When user subscribes, their name  and email address appears in the subscription list in eScribe. 

Triggering Notifications on Published Packages

Subscribers within a Subscription List will receive email notifications when the following Packages have been prepared and published to the Internet:

1.  Agenda (Web HTML/Full Package/Agenda PDF)
2. Addendum Agenda (Web HTML/Full Package/Agenda)
3. Revised Agenda (Web HTML/Full Package/Agenda)
4.  Post Meeting Minutes (Web HTML/ Full Package)
5. Post Meeting Minutes with Attachments in PDF
