Users can be added to Subscription Lists by selecting individuals from the existing user list, entering their email addresses or optionally users can subscribe from the Internet page and manage their subscriptions accordingly. It is important to ensure that each email address is unique and can only be registered once.
Option #1 : Adding an existing User
To add existing users to an active eScribe subscription, you can search for each user from the dropdown menu. It is important to note that users must be added one at a time to the Subscription List.
Option #2: Adding a User with an Email Address
An Administrator can add subscribers to any list by inputting their email address, first name, and last name. Data captured in the user form will not be displayed except within eScribe.
Option #3: Self registration of Subscription List
A public member can manage their current subscriptions directly through the iFrame at any time. After completing the verification process, they will automatically receive emails from eScribe whenever an Administrator sends out notifications to all subscribers. This member is added to the existing user list in eScribe and can be removed if necessary.
