Subscription Lists makes it easy for organizations to manage email lists and send automatic updates when new meeting content goes live. It's built right into eScribe and even lets the public sign up for the updates they care about.
Managing Subscription List:
Main Navigation Menu > Administration> Subscription Lists
Step 1: Creating a new Subscription List
Click " Create List" to begin a new subscription list. Subscription List can be made up of existing users within eScribe as well adding users via email address.
Enter the name of the Subscription List as it will appear to the public on the iFrame (Public Meetings Page). To create private subscription lists, place a check mark in the box "Set as Private" and click Create. Private Subscriptions will not be made available to the public for display or use.
The new subscription list now appears on the left hand side of the screen ready for use.
Editing and Deleting a Subscription List
Using the options menu, administrators can opt to edit an existing List or Delete a Subscription List. Deleting a subscription will delete all the subscribers that have been captured.
