Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select specific Meeting > Meeting mode drop down menu> Closed Session
Similarly to the regular open session meeting, the closed session meeting undergoes all of the same stages, moving from Meeting (Not Started) through Meeting (In-Session) and through to Meeting (Concluded).
Preparing and publishing the agenda and minutes also follows the same steps as the open session and must be completed independently from the open session.
Inside the Closed Session, navigate to the Packages tab from Tab bar. Prepare the Full Agenda Package to see or print a copy of the Agenda PDF Package. Otherwise, move to the Publish tab, to give your Participants access to the Closed Session.
In the Publish tab from the Tab bar, you can click on the drop down menu and select Participant to publish the Closed Session Agenda to them.
Publishing to the Participant's Portal, gives those who have access to see the Closed Session (via the voting participants of the Attendee Group) through the Main Navigation Bar of eSCRIBE.
NOTE: Please be mindful of when publishing your Closed Session agenda and minutes packages. Always review the Publish tab to confirm the publish status of the Closed Session agenda and minutes packages, before leaving the page.
