Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select specific Meeting > Meeting Mode drop down menu> Closed Session
Similarly to the regular open session meeting, the closed session meeting undergoes all of the same stages, moving from Meeting (Not Started) through Meeting (In-Session) and through to Meeting (Concluded).
Preparing and publishing the agenda and minutes also follows the same steps as the open session and must be completed independently from the open session. However, publishing to the Internet is not possible using the Closed Session Special Action. This ensures the public will not see contents from the Closed Session.
Inside the Closed Session, navigate to the Packages tab from Tab bar. Prepare the Full Agenda Package just as you would in the Open Session to see or print a copy of the Agenda PDF Package. Otherwise, simply move to the Publish tab, to give your Participants access to the Closed Session.
In the Publish tab from the Tab bar, you can click on the drop down menu and select Participant to publish the Closed Session Agenda to them.
Publishing to the Participant's Portal, gives those who have access to see the Closed Session (via the Attendee Group) through the Main Navigation Bar of eSCRIBE, or through the Information icon (i) right on the Agenda in the Apps.
NOTE: Please be mindful of what is published on your public website. Always review the prepared agenda or minutes package before publishing.
