The Draft Agenda feature enables Administrators to see what draft documents are up and coming for an upcoming meeting in its associated agenda items. This feature also allows approved documents to automatically be placed in the agenda in its designated location. This feature needs to be enabled at a Meeting Template level to have it reflect in the Document Manager module.

Go to Main Navigation Bar > Templates > Meeting Templates

In the Meeting Template area, select a specific template and click on the icon and go to Edit Template.

From here, go to the Meeting Settings section and select Configure Meeting Settings.  Under the General tab of this area, click on the checkbox called Enable Draft Agenda. Administrators can opt to display the Draft Tag in the Agenda and Full Package if needed.

Once changes have been applied to the Meeting Template(s), the Draft Agenda functionality becomes available when a new document is being created.
