Approving Draft Agenda Items

Go to Main Navigation Bar > Approvals > Pending Approvals 

The approval process for draft agenda items is similar to the approval process of documents, without the draft agenda feature. 

This would entail approvers to receive an email informing them that the approval task is assigned to them or going to the Pending Approval section of their Main Navigation Bar to see the task. 

Once the approver see the Approval Request, they can view document, its supporting documents and decide to approve, decline or cancel the request. 

Once all approvers approve the document, an approved status will be updated to the document. Once the status is updated, the draft agenda item becomes an official agenda item for that meeting, automatically with no draft label. The agenda item will show all contents from the tagged areas of the document (Eg. agenda title tag, agenda description tag, recommendation tag, etc).
