Go to Main Navigation Bar > Agenda Items
The Incoming Agenda Items is used to hold agenda items which have not yet been assigned to a specific meeting date.
An item can end up in the Incoming Agenda Items list in 3 ways:
- eSCRIBE administrator creates a new agenda item directly from eSCRIBE and does not select a meeting date.
- eSCRIBE Contributors submit an Agenda Item Request
- Agenda items can be deferred/referred from an eSCRIBE meeting to the Agenda Items list, instead of directly to an upcoming meeting.
In a meeting, you can see an agenda item’s history by clicking on Refer Item from the agenda item's options menu and selecting the Referral History. This history will show what has happened to that agenda item. For example, how it was created, and who has modified it.
To move an item from the Incoming Agenda Items list into an eSCRIBE meeting site, click View Approval Request from the selected item’s options menu.
You can edit the agenda item to modify the destination the item goes to. Select the Approve button to move the item to its destination meeting.
