Administrator - Clearing Participant Comments

Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select a Meeting > Settings (gear icon)

eSCRIBE Administrators are able to clear all participant comments for a meeting site with a single click. This is typically done for organizations who do not wish to maintain the comments for historical purposes.

Note: Clearing comments only clears the text comments made for items in that meeting – for those users using the eSCRIBE Meetings Professional app for the iPad or Windows, clearing comments does NOT delete the annotations made in that meeting.

Simply select the Settings option from the Settings icon on the eSCRIBE menu bar.

 

The resulting screen will allow you to select which type of comments to clear. Select the appropriate type of comments and click Clear Comments.

Note: This will remove comments for ALL participants and ALL items in that meeting.
