Go to Main Navigation Bar >Templates > Meeting Template > select a Meeting Template's Options Menu > Edit Template
Once your Post Meeting Minutes Package has been generated, it is common to see attendance history displayed on items throughout the meeting.
eSCRIBE will generate a line item on the minutes package when the Roll Call function is utilized when an attendee has left and re-entered the meeting. Your minutes package may resemble the following image below:
To remove the attendance from displaying in your Post Minutes Package, complete the following steps listed below:
- Locate the meeting template of choice.
- Click on the Options Menu of that meeting template and select Edit Template.
- Scroll down to Additional Settings under Package Settings.
- Click on Configure Minutes Package
- Under General, check the Show Attendance Detail option.
- Click Save Changes.
- Return to your meeting to see the changes reflected, when you re-prepare the Post Minutes package.
