Often the last step for a meeting is to send the minutes document to the next meeting for adoption.
The minute document can be easily added as an agenda item in a future meeting. From the Package Tab Post Minutes screen, select Attach to New Agenda Item or Attach to Existing Agenda Item.
A pop up window will appear to provide the user with the option to attach the minutes document to an existing item in a meeting agenda, or to create a new agenda item and attach the minutes. Follow the prompts on the screen to include the minutes into the next meeting agenda (either Attaching to an existing agenda item or Creating a new agenda item). Choose which option you wish to use by selecting either Attach to a New Agenda Item or Attach to Existing Agenda Item from the Action drop-down. New Agenda Item will allow you to type in the Item Title for the upcoming agenda you wish to send the item to. The Minutes package will be attached to the new item.
The actual approval of the minutes will be done via a new Vote during the Meeting.
