If Public Comments are enabled in your eScribe site, Participants in meetings will automatically be able to see the comments once they are approved. The comments will automatically appear if there is no approval process. While viewing an Item's Details, Participants will see the Public Comments section which can be expanded to show all comments that were submitted.

Participants can also select the Paperclip to view the attachment that was submitted as well, if enabled.
