Internet Publishing - Public Comments

While Publishing an eSCRIBE Meeting Site to the Internet, Public Comments will be available upon publishing the Meeting , however are only available to members of the public once the HTML Agenda is also Published:

Public Comments can be disabled by clicking on the toggle and will not be available from the publishing page:

Public Comments will be disabled automatically based on the deadline set in the Meeting Type, or when scheduling the meeting site.
