Show/Hide Minutes in Meeting

Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select a meeting > Agenda's Options Menu > Hide Minutes 

When conducting your meeting, if you would like to see the agenda structure only without the minutes or motions, you can hide them using Hide Minutes. 

 

If you would like to show the minutes and motions of your meeting, you can show them again by going to the Agenda Options Menu and click on Show Minutes. Please note " Show Minutes" does not appear for Meeting Participants/Attendees.
