Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings >select a Meeting > select specific Agenda Item> Details tab > Add Conflict
At any point during the meeting lifecycle, a conflict can be added for any voting participant, against any agenda item.
This can be done by selecting the Details tab of the Agenda Item and selecting Add Conflict under the Conflict(s) section.
The following form will appear as a fly out which will allow you to select a voting member from the drop down, enter a reason for the conflict and add attachments.
Click Create to capture the Conflict of Interest.
