Capturing Conflicts of Interest as a Special Action on the Agenda

Go to Main Navigation Bar> Templates > Meeting Templates > select specific Meeting Template > select Agenda Item's Options Menu > Edit Item 

When creating an item for conflict of interest on your agenda template, select Open Pecuniary Interest from the Special Actions drop down menu.

To add a conflict using the special action item, select the agenda item that has the special action. For example, Declaration of Pecuniary Interests from the agenda navigation. 

On the right-hand side of the screen, select the agenda item and voting member, and enter a reason for the conflict.

 

When a conflict is added to the agenda, the conflict will be listed directly in the agenda, under the special action category.

The Conflict label will also appear on the Agenda Item:
