Go to Main Navigation Bar> Meetings > select a meeting> Public Display toggle (only appears in Meeting (In-Session) mode)
The Agenda View displays the meeting Agenda on the public display screen. During the meeting, Agenda items can be clicked on the left-hand side, and the details will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Customers may now choose to add details such as a Logo and Agenda Title as part of the display.
Tip: Often it can be useful to have a different person responsible for managing the public display different than the individual that is taking minutes during the meeting.
For those customer who will be using the Request to Speak functionality, the Agenda view will share screen space with the Speaker's List and will appear on the right hand side of the Public Display.
When opening the vote, the Agenda View changes to display the Agenda Item and the motion:
Once all votes have been captured, the results are displayed in one of 2 ways, a Table View:
Or a Seating Chart View:
If opting to cast the motion to the public display, the Agenda View will remain in the background while the motion will appear in a dialogue box within the Agenda View:
To enable the default Public Display view, you will need to go the Main Navigation Bar Meeting Templates. When you edit a meeting template, go to Configure Meeting Settings. Under the Public Display tab, you will have the option to set Logo View or Agenda View as the default view for this meeting type.
