Graphical Votes is an innovative voting display system designed to enhance the voting experience by making it more intuitive and personalized while providing greater control to Administrators. They have the flexibility to present results in either a Grid Layout or a Semi-Circle layout, with the option to incorporate voter photos.

The voting outcomes are visually represented through color coding—green for yes, red for no, and grey for absent or abstaining—allowing for immediate recognition of results. Votes can be shown in real time or after the voting period concludes.

Administrators have the autonomy to select their preferred display options and manage attendee changes independently, eliminating the need for ticket support. Below are examples of the Grid and Semi-Circle Layouts for training purposes, with each client able to tailor settings according to the number of voters and the inclusion of photos. A customizable Title field is also available in the user profile for personalized text, such as Mayor or Council Member. Listed below are related articles that walk Administrators through setting up their Graphical Votes.

Note:The Graphical Votes feature is accessible to all eScribe 6 users and can be activated in any Meeting Template as needed. For further assistance, please refer to the help article provided below.
