Go to Main Navigation Bar > Users & Groups > User List
eSCRIBE Administrators can update all the properties of a user's profile, with the exception of changing the email used in the profile and creating/resetting their passwords.
Locate the user from the User List and click on the options menu. From there, click on Profile Settings.
Complete the desired changes in the menu drop downs and click Save User.
