Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select specific meeting > Live Streaming (Action Menu)

An image overlay is an image that will display instead of the default encoder output.  Two examples of splash screens would be "Closed Session”, or “Meeting is in recess”.

To display an Image Overlay, simply select it from the Image Overlay drop down from the Live Streaming Details fly out, and click Save.
