Go to Main Navigation Bar > Administration > Settings

When you go to Webcasting tab under Settings, you will be able to manage each video encoder installed.

This Live Streaming page will display a list of all encoders, as well as a list of Overlays, both of which are described later in this section.

The encoder list displays a list of all encoders, as well as their current streaming and recording statuses.  It also provides a link to quickly view the live stream, so you can see what is streaming before activating the stream.
