Since a video encoder is a piece of hardware that is usually specific to a particular room, it can be attached to a location in eSCRIBE.  When that meeting location is chosen upon site creation, then the system will know which video encoder is being used.

To add a video encoder to an eSCRIBE location, select the Locations under the Administration section on the Main Navigation Bar.

Edit the location by selecting it from the dropdown menu. Select the encoder from the dropdown list, and click Save Changes.
