Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings> select specific meeting > Live Streaming (from Action Menu)

To begin Streaming and Recording, Administrators will need to click "Conduct Meeting" and before the options for Live Streaming will appear in the toolbar.

Clicking the Live Streaming, Administrators will be presented with the  Live Streaming Details fly out where the pre - selected Encoder will appear or the user can switch to another encoder if needed.

Just before the meeting, when you are ready to start recording and streaming, simply toggle the Streaming and Recording options below the encoder preview on from the Live Streaming Details fly out. You can manage the streaming and recording separately by managing those toggles. The status will change from "Inactive" to "Streaming" or "Recording". 

A common best practice is to start streaming a few minutes before the meeting, but show a splash screen, such as “Meeting will begin soon”. You can change the overlay image by going to the Live Streaming Details fly out and choosing the appropriate overlay image. This is helpful for any viewers who tune in early but does not need to be recorded as part of the meeting.

When the meeting starts, toggle Recording and eSCRIBE will start streaming and recording of video.  The status will change to Recording.

Note:  If the encoder is currently being used in another meeting, its status will display “Locked”, and you will be unable to control it from your meeting.  Encoders can be unlocked via the Settings screen (under Administration from the Main Navigation Bar).
