Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select specific meeting > Video tab of an agenda item

Once recording has started, simply clicking the active toggle of an agenda item in Meeting (In-Session) mode will automatically create a video bookmark for that item.  These bookmarks make it possible to link agenda items to specific parts of the video, and can easily be edited during Meeting (Concluded) mode in advance of publishing the video to the web.

Once in Meeting (Concluded) mode, with a valid Archived Stream URL added, the video will play on the right-hand side of the screen in the Video tab.

Managing Multiple Timestamps on one Agenda item

If an item was selected more than once during conduct meeting mode, it will have multiple bookmarks.  Each can be edited by first selecting the bookmark to be edited by clicking on its options menu and clicking Edit Timestamp.

Deleting Timestamps

If any bookmarks were added in error, it can be deleted by clicking on its options menu and clicking Delete Timestamp.

Adding Timestamps

If an item was not visited during conduct meeting mode, but you wish to add a bookmark, simply select the item and click on Add Timestamp below the video.

Enter the start time and end time for the timestamp. After completion, click on Save.
