Step 1: Publishing the Meeting Date
Navigate to the Publish Tab Select Internet from the drop down and click Publish on the right hand side. The published meeting date will now appear on the iFrame (calendar of events). Meetings published to the iFrame do not trigger any emails.
Step 2: Publishing the Agenda
Once a meeting has been published, any prepared documents such as the Agenda, Full Package and Merged Packages can be published. Please note the Meeting Date must be published prior to any documents being published.
Navigate to the Publish Tab Select Internet from the drop down and click Publish on the right hand side next to the items you wish to publish. Users can Preview the Agenda prior to publishing.
The Web (HTML) option will require the administrator to Select All attachments that are to be included as part of the package.
