Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select a meeting > Publish (Tab Bar)
An eSCRIBE meeting can be published separately to multiple different locations, at different times.
Options for publishing vary from portal to portal but can include:
- Participants (setup as eSCRIBE Participant users)
- Internet (using Internet Publishing module, connected with website)
- Visitors (setup as eSCRIBE users that are NOT listed as attendees)
- Other (custom configuration with FileHold & Laserfische) if purchased
To view publishing screens, select the Publish tab in the menu bar on a meeting site
Select the appropriate tab for the location to which you are publishing and click the Publish button on the right.
