Whether connecting via the Web Browser, iPad app, or Windows app, participants are only able to view meeting content that has been published by a meeting administrator.
Once the meeting has been published, participants will be able to view the agenda and all attachments, and use any of the features that have been enabled for the meeting type.
Step 1: Publishing the Meeting Date
Navigate to the Publish Tab. Select Participant from the drop down list and click Publish on the right hand side. The published meeting date is now accessible to attendees upon login.
Step 2: Publish Agenda Package
Navigate to the Publish Tab. Click Publish on the right hand side next to the items you wish to publish. Published Documents ( Agenda, Full Package, Revised and Minutes) are examples of items that are available offline for Participants to download via PDF.
