Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select a specific Meeting> Messages icon (Action Menu)
Meeting Announcements are used to share meeting related Announcements to the attendees of the meeting. These will appear to users who are logged into the Web. Typical audience for Announcements are Contributors and Participants.
Announcements are maintained by eSCRIBE Administrators, and can be seen by all attendees in the Meeting. The Meeting Announcement is displayed on the main page of the meeting, when selecting on the Messages icon from the Action Menu.
