Option Explanation
Voters List Order

This field sets the order that voting members will be displayed during a recorded vote. This is also the order that the votes will be printed in the minutes.

Options are:

·        Use Attendee List Order (displays in order of attendee group)

·         List Voters A - Z 

·         List Voters  Z-A

·         Chair Last (Display in the attendee group order, but with Chairperson displayed last)

Automatically select the first mover and seconder

 

Tie-Breaker

To use one of the tie-breakers, a user in the meeting's attendee group needs to have the tie-breaker role and cannot be in conflict or absent. There will be no tie-breaker if these criteria are not met. 
 
  • No Tie Breaker 
  • Always Vote (The designated tie-breaker's vote will be used as the decision in a tie)
  • Only vote during a tie (The designated tie-breaker will only vote in the event of a tie)
Vote Type This determines what kind of Vote is being captured in the meeting. Vote Types include:
  • Majority (Present)
  • Majority (Voted)
  • Majority (Members)
  • 2/3 Present
  • 2/3 Voted
  • 2/3 Members
  • 3/4 Present
  • 3/4 Voted
  • 3/4 Members
  • 4/5 Present
  • 4/5 Voted
  • 4/5 Members
  • Unanimous Present
  • Unanimous Voted
  • Unanimous Members

Optionally, select whether this Vote should be

  1. Recorded 
  2. Secret Ballot 
  3. Weighted (Weighted must be configured in the Attendee group)
Voting Result Labels
  1. Yes 
  2. No
  3. Abstain
  4. Conflict
  5. Absent
