This article explains the fields and settings found when Updating a Meeting Template. Go to Templates Meeting Templates click Edit Template expand the Meeting Settings drop-down Configure Meeting Settings  Public Display Tab

Option Explanation
Rest Screen Enable which view of Public Display will be the default view for that meeting template (Logo View or Agenda View). 
Public Display Logo Choose which logo file will be used as the default logo when Public Display is activated, during a meeting. 

 

Agenda View Heading

 

Displays text that will appear in Agenda View. 

 

Vote Display Options 

Choose  if votes are to be displayed when Public Display is activated during  a meeting.  Options are as follows:

  • Show votes in real - time
  • Show votes after close
  • Show results only
  • Don't show votes
Vote Display Duration (seconds) Input how many seconds votes should be displayed in Public Display. 
Speaker List Display Options

Choose how the Speaker List will display in Public Display: 

  1. Show list of speakers
  2. Show active speaker only
  3. Don't show request to speak 
Graphical Votes Results

Toggle to enable Graphical Vote Results for the meeting template. Administrators can select either a Grid Layout or Semi Circle with or without voters photos.
