This article explains the fields and settings found when Updating a Meeting Template. Go to Templates Meeting Templates click Edit Template expand the Package Settings drop-down Configure Minutes Package

Option Explanation

General 

  • Show Minutes in the same order as Agenda
    • Include Agenda Items that have not been visited
  • Show Description of Agenda Item
  • Show Attendance Details
    • Show Attendance Detail Comments
  • Include Tasks
  • Add Signature Line
    • Enter Name into text box. This appears under the signature line
    • Additional Signature Line (appears below the first signature)
Title Text editor used to manage the Post Meeting Minutes Title and other details in the Title. This allows eScribe Administrators the flexibility to adjust text sizes and spacing as needed. The Title fields can be pre-populated by Inserting Variables. For more information on applying Variables click here.
Header Text editor used to manage the Post Meeting Minutes Header. This allows eScribe Administrators the flexibility to adjust text sizes and spacing as needed. The Header fields can be pre-populated by Inserting Variables. For more information on applying Variables click here.
Footer  Text editor used to manage the Post Meeting Minutes Footer. This allows eScribe Administrators the flexibility to adjust text sizes and spacing as needed. The Header fields can be pre-populated by Inserting Variables. For more information on applying Variables click here.
Motion
  • Show Resolution Number
    • Enter " Resolution Number " label 
    • Optionally select to Bold and Underline label 
    • Optionally select to Bold the Resolution Number
  • Moved By Label 
    • Free form text box to enter label choice
  • Seconded By Label
    • Free form text box to enter label choice
  • Consent Motion (select which of the following to appear in the minutes package)
    • Mover
    • Seconder
    • Result
    • Motion Number
Voting 
  • Show Voting Type
  • Show Recorded Votes
    • Show All Recorded Votes in Table Format
    • Show All Recorded Votes in Paragraph Format
    • Show Opposed Votes Only
    • Show in Favor Votes Only
  • Show Absent Voters
Results Label

Enter a label to show before the motion result. ie: Motion:

Leave blank for none.
