Adding Agenda Items to the Meeting

Items can be added to an eSCRIBE Agenda at any time before, during, or after the meeting. They can be added as they are received, or all at once.

An administrator has multiple options for adding items to an eSCRIBE agenda:

  • Adding Agenda Items in an eSCRIBE Meeting:

  • Adding Agenda items from the Approved Reports Library (Available with Document Manager module).

  • Adding Agenda Items from Agenda Items to approve agenda items that have been referred, requested by a contributor and not yet assigned a meeting date.
