Go to Main Navigation Bar > Templates > Meeting Templates > Meeting Template's Options Menu > Edit Template
To edit a meeting profile, select the Meeting Type to be edited, and click on its Options Menu and select Edit Template. The meeting profile will be loaded, and changes can be made as required. When you make changes, please save your work by clicking on Save Changes.
Note: As a meeting type is updated on the eSCRIBE, existing meeting sites will automatically updated with the new settings. Adding new categories, editing or deleting categories will only appear on new meetings created. Existing meetings will not be able to recognize changes to categories.
Once you save your changes, all meeting details will be updated as well as the meetings location, if changed. If you have made changes to the formatting of the agenda or minute packages, the documents will need to be re-prepared for the changes to be reflected, and anything that has been published to the internet will need to be unpublished and republished.
