Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select a Meeting> Packages (Tab Bar) > Options
Additional Documents upload feature allows an Administrator to add additional information pages to the PDF Agenda Package. This feature might be useful for customized agenda cover pages, or meeting notices that appear in the package not associated with any particular item. Additional Documents can also be uploaded in the Meeting Template and will populate for each meeting by default.
Note: These documents will appear in the agenda package AS IS when they are uploaded, eSCRIBE does NOT modify these documents in anyway, so if a date needs to be entered for the date of the meeting, this will need to be edited before uploading to the meeting.
