Go to Main Navigation Bar >Templates >Meeting Templates >select a Meeting Type > Add Item
If using the Closed Session Special Action Category in an eSCRIBE Meeting Template (Agenda Structure), adding items to the Closed Session will items to be added by default. go to Templates from the Main Navigation Bar, and click on Meeting Templates. Ensure that the meeting template is selected, and click on Add Item.
Make sure the Closed Session Special Action has been applied first.
To add a Category (Section) or Item (Sub-Item) to the Closed Session structure, simply complete the mandatory fields on the form. Select the Category that has the Closed Session Special Action applied, in this case, "Closed Session."
- Title: the Title of the Item you wish to add, up to a maximum of 255 characters.
- Parent: Selecting None for a new Category or Section, for example Consent Items. Alternatively, choose Closed Session if you wish to add an item to the Closed Session section.
- Place Item After: Choose after which Category, the new Category will be placed. Using the example, if your template has Reports as Category #6, and Delegations as Category #7, but you wish to add a Category in between the two, choose Reports (Category #6) so the new Category is created after the Reports Category, but before Delegations.
- Click Create.
Note: Adding Items to the Agenda Structure will affect newly created meetings.
