3.  You should also add in an alt text. Alt Text is the text that screen readers will read. You can do this by adding the alt text to the Item Description field of the logo.

4. Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meeting Templates.

5. Select the Options Menu of the Meeting Template you want to update and select Edit Template.

6. When you scroll down to the Package Settings section of the Edit Meeting Template, you will see the Logo Size & Position sub-section to choose your logo and size.

*NOTE: You may need to adjust the logo width and select the logo alignment.  You can come back to this step after you prepare a test document to see if the logo needs to be moved or resized.

7. Once you have selected the new logo and updated any other relevant information, click Save Changes and wait for the screen to finish loading. You have now completed adding a new logo to that specific meeting type.

To check your work:

1. Create a test meeting in eSCRIBE.

2. Prepare the Agenda package/ Re-prepare the Agenda package

3. Open the document and look at the logo to determine next steps:

  • If Logo is too large: You can open the original file in a program like Paint and resize is smaller, save it to your computer and then repeat the above steps with the new logo.
  • If Logo is covering title or other information: You can adjust the logo width to make the logo not cover the title or other information.
  • If Logo needs to move (left, right, up, down): Go into the meeting type and adjust the logo alignment as seen in step 5 and 6 above.

*Always remember that after changes have been made to the meeting template, you must save the changes and re-prepare the Agenda package.
