Go to the Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select Meeting > select specific Agenda Item> Details tab
Administrators are able to upload supporting documents or attachments through an agenda item's Details tab as needed.
When viewing an Item's Details, in the Supporting Documents section click the Upload button using one of the supported browsers (eSCRIBE supports the latest 2 version of Chrome, MS Edge, FireFox or Safari).
Administrators can upload reports, or any other related attachment on an Item's Details tab. You can upload multiple files at once by holding control (or CTRL) on your keyboard, selecting the files and Open to upload into the Agenda Item.

Include in Agenda
The Include In Agenda option will include the attachment in the Agenda Packages, for Participants when accessing the Meeting, and for the Public. Un-checking the Include in Agenda option will not include the attachment for Participants, or members of the public via the website.
When more than 1 attachment is placed on an item, the Download button will be available. Click on the Download option to download one single file of all of the attachments.
Remove Attachment
To Remove Attachment, click the Remove attachment option for each Attachment.
